At Couple Goals Co., we put care and intention into every product we offer. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect orders

• Personal preference

• Normal wear and tear

Damaged or Defective Items

We only offer a replacement or refund if your item arrives damaged or defective.

To be eligible, you must:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

• Provide your order number

• Provide clear photos of the damaged item and the original packaging

Once reviewed and approved, we will issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Important Notes

• Shipping costs are non-refundable

• Items damaged after delivery are not eligible

• Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be accepted
